Eve SellerOps

Price a whole supplier list before you buy it.

Drop in a supplier pricelist as CSV or Excel, map its columns once, and Scout fills in the Amazon side of every line: what it sells for, what Amazon takes, what is left per unit and the ROI on the money you would spend. Then it turns the rows worth buying into an inbound shipment.

No per-scan charge — the whole file is priced, not the first fifty rows.

Map the columns once

Supplier files are all different and none of them are tidy. Tell Scout which column is the barcode, which is the cost and which is the pack size, and that mapping is remembered — the next file from the same supplier goes straight through.

Matched by barcode, then priced live

Each line is resolved by EAN against your own catalogue first, so anything you already sell keeps the SKU you have. Everything else is matched against the marketplace and priced from live offer data — current selling price, the referral fee, the FBA fee, and what survives.

The line you care about is the last one

Profit per unit and ROI, computed the same way the Performance page computes margin on orders you have already shipped. It is the same fee maths, applied forward instead of backward, which is the only honest way to compare a buying decision with a product you already own.

From triage to a shipment, without Seller Central

Type a pick quantity against a line and it is ready to send. If you do not sell that product yet, Eve resolves the barcode to the right ASIN, checks whether you already have an offer, and creates the listing for you. The item lands in a Workflow ready to pack, SKU already assigned — no listing form, no SKUs to invent.

What it saves you

The part of sourcing that is just arithmetic.

No tab-by-tab checking

A thousand-line wholesale list checked by hand is a day's work and a stack of copy-paste errors. Priced in one pass, it is a sorted column you can read down.

Products you already sell are flagged

Matching against your own catalogue first means a restock is obvious as a restock, priced against the cost you already know, and never listed twice under a new SKU.

The decision ends in an action

The rows worth buying become a pick list and then an inbound shipment plan, so the analysis and the shipment are not two disconnected pieces of work.

Scout FAQ

Common questions.

What file formats can I upload?

CSV and Excel. You map the columns on first upload — barcode, cost, pack size — and that mapping is kept for the next file from the same supplier.

Do I have to create the Amazon listing before I can send a new product?

No — that is the point of Scout. Enter a pick quantity against a supplier line and Eve resolves its barcode to the right ASIN, checks whether you already have an offer, and creates one if you do not. The item arrives in your Workflow ready to pack with its SKU already assigned. Nothing is typed into Seller Central, and products you already sell keep the SKU you have.

What if a line has no barcode, or the barcode does not match?

It is reported as unmatched rather than guessed at. An unmatched line is a line you look at yourself; a wrongly matched one is a buying decision made against the wrong product.

Are the fees estimates?

They are computed from Amazon's fee structure for the matched product, using the same fee logic that reconciles orders you have already shipped on the Performance page — not a flat category percentage.

Is there a limit on file size or number of scans?

There is no per-scan charge and no row cap on the free plan. Large files are paced against Amazon's rate limits, so a very long list takes longer to finish — it does not get truncated.

Can a buyer use Scout without seeing my margins?

Yes. Scout and Performance are separate areas in the permission grid, so an invited buyer can have Scout and Workflows while Performance and Repricing stay closed to them.

Bring a supplier list and see what is in it.

The free plan needs no card, and the demo shows Scout on a sample account if you would rather look before connecting anything.
