Eve SellerOps

Your whole Amazon catalogue, synced and searchable.

Every listing you sell pulls in through Amazon's Selling Partner API — price, stock, fulfilment channel and status — with no cap on how many. Search it, edit costs inline, import and export by CSV, and see the gaps that quietly break profit maths instead of having them averaged away.

Unlimited listings on every plan — plans differ on seats, never on how much of your own catalogue you may see.

No listing cap, and we mean the whole catalogue

Amazon's listings endpoint stops returning results after the first thousand items, which is why a lot of tools quietly show you a partial catalogue and never mention it. Eve SellerOps pulls the full set through the Reports API instead, so a catalogue of five thousand SKUs is a catalogue of five thousand SKUs — not the first thousand and a rounding error in every total built on top of it.

Gaps are shown, not smoothed over

A SKU with no cost of goods cannot have a real margin, and a stock figure Amazon did not send is not the same as zero. Both are called out on the row: NO COST for the first, and an empty stock cell rather than a confident nought for the second. Anything derived from a missing number is left out of the totals rather than folded in at a guess.

That is a deliberately less flattering way to build a dashboard, and it is the only way the profit figures on the Performance page mean anything.

Costs, in bulk or one at a time

  • Inline editing — click the cost cell, type, move on. No modal, no separate costs screen to keep in step.
  • CSV import — map your columns once and fill in costs across the catalogue in a single pass.
  • CSV export — take the whole catalogue, costs included, into a spreadsheet whenever you want it.
  • Per-SKU sync — force a refresh on one listing and watch the sync run rather than wondering whether it took.

Live · free A row carries the SKU, the live price, stock where Amazon reports it, and the state of the data behind it.
On every row

The things that decide whether a SKU is worth keeping.

Stock that tells the truth

FBA and merchant-fulfilled quantities come from Amazon's own inventory reporting. Where a quantity genuinely is not available the cell is left empty, because a listing shown as zero stock reads as out of stock and gets acted on.

Listing status, resolved

Active, inactive, incomplete and suppressed states are resolved per listing, so a SKU that cannot currently sell is visible before you send more of it into a fulfilment centre.

Catalogue FAQ

Common questions.

Is there a limit on how many listings I can sync?

No. Your full catalogue syncs on every plan, including Free. Plans differ on seats and features, never on how much of your own catalogue you are allowed to see.

How long does the first sync take?

Minutes for a typical catalogue, and you can watch it run rather than waiting on an email. Analytics are ready as soon as the first pass finishes; the catalogue then keeps itself up to date on its own.

Can I edit prices or listings from here?

Costs and repricing guardrails are yours to edit directly. Prices themselves are changed by Repricing, within the minimum and maximum you set, so that every price change has a strategy and a logged reason behind it.

What happens to SKUs I no longer sell?

They stay in the catalogue with their status reflecting reality, so their sales history still counts in Performance. Nothing is deleted behind your back.

Is my catalogue visible to anyone else?

No. Each organisation's data is strictly isolated, and within your own account the Catalogue area can be switched off per invited user. We never sell your data or use it to advise other sellers.

Do I have to enter costs for the rest to work?

Not to see revenue, orders and fees — those come from Amazon. Costs are what turn that into real margin, and until a SKU has one it is reported as missing rather than counted at zero.
