Invoices matched to units
Amazon often asks for a supplier invoice. Eve matches the invoices you keep against the units in each claim and shows whether they cover all of them, some of them or none, before you file.
Units go missing in fulfilment centres, come back damaged or never come back at all. Amazon reimburses many of them on its own, but not all, and each claim has a deadline. Recoveries reads your FBA reports, finds the units with no matching reimbursement and shows how long you have left to claim each one.
Included in STARTER, with no commission taken on what you recover.
Every case shows Amazon's filing window for that type of claim, as published in Amazon UK's Seller Central help, and the date it closes. Where Amazon usually reimburses on its own, Eve waits before raising the case, and labels that wait as Eve's, not Amazon's.
| Amazon source | Used for |
|---|---|
| Inventory ledger report | Lost, damaged and found units |
| Reimbursements report | What Amazon already paid, and reversals |
| Customer returns report | Returns received and how they were graded |
| Removal reports | Units shipped back to you |
| Inbound shipments | Units sent versus units received |
| Financial events | Refunds and reimbursement amounts |

Under-payment is measured against the sourcing cost you hold in Eve's Catalogue, so a low reimbursement shows up as the amount you are short, per unit.
Record a claim as filed and Eve keeps it open until Amazon's answer shows up in your reimbursements, so nothing is filed twice or forgotten.
No. Recoveries is part of the STARTER plan. What Amazon reimburses is paid to you by Amazon, and Eve takes no commission on it. See pricing.
Eve prepares each case: the units, the dates, the deadline and the invoices. You decide what to file. With the optional Eve browser extension you can have Eve fill in an inbound shipment claim in Seller Central, in your own signed-in browser, when you press the button for that case. Nothing is filed automatically.
As far as each claim type can still be filed. A case whose window has closed is marked expired rather than shown as claimable.
Amazon UK. The claim windows are taken from Amazon UK's published policies, and we say so on every case rather than assuming other marketplaces work the same way.
Yes. Recoveries is its own area in the permission grid, separate from Performance and Repricing, and permissions are enforced on the server.
Connect through Amazon's own consent flow. Recoveries works from the reports your account already has, so the first cases appear once the first sync finishes.
