Cookies and Analytics

This notice explains the cookies and similar technologies (such as browser storage and scripts) used on eve-sellerops.com and app.eve-sellerops.com by USANDIA LTD., trading as Eve SellerOps. Our privacy policy explains how we use personal data more generally.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not show ads.

1. Strictly necessary

These make sign-in, security and the features you ask for work. They do not need consent and cannot be switched off without breaking the Service.

• eve_refresh (cookie, app): keeps you signed in. Lasts 7 days.
• __Host-eve-amazon-* (cookie, app): protects the Amazon connection step against forgery. Lasts 10 minutes.
• eve_op (cookie): marks our own staff's browsers so their visits are excluded from statistics. Never set for customers or visitors.
• eve_analytics_optout (cookie): remembers that you turned statistics off. Lasts 2 years.
• Browser storage in the app: remembers settings such as theme, collapsed menus and demo sessions.

2. Statistics

We measure, in a privacy-minimised way, how the website and the application are used so we can improve them and understand which channels bring us customers. UK law allows this kind of statistical measurement without consent, provided we explain it and let you object. We do this with:

• PostHog (EU region): page views and a small set of named actions, such as clicking "Create account" or completing an Amazon connection. It keeps no cookie or persistent identifier on your device, and records no keystrokes, screen recordings or form contents.
• Our own visit measurement: the page, referring site, campaign tags and time on page, sent to our own server. A random visit identifier lives in this tab's session storage and is deleted when the tab closes.
• Campaign attribution: if you arrived from a campaign link, its tags are kept in this tab's session storage so we know which campaign led to a sign-up.

3. Turn statistics off

You can turn statistics off for this browser on both the website and the application. We then store only the eve_analytics_optout cookie to remember your choice. Clearing your cookies resets it.

Browser settings and extensions that block scripts or cookies also stop statistics. Our sites also respect the Global Privacy Control signal if your browser sends it.

4. Third-party content

The website loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google and Google receives your IP address. Google Fonts sets no cookies. Stripe's checkout pages, which we link to when you subscribe, use Stripe's own cookies for payment security and fraud prevention, under Stripe's terms.
