How does the free trial work?
Start STARTER from Billing and add a card. Nothing is charged for 14 days. If you don't cancel, the subscription starts on day 15 at the offer price if it applies, otherwise £99 per month + VAT. Cancel any time from Billing before the trial ends and you won't be charged. One trial per account.
What is the limited-time offer?
Subscribe while it runs and your first 3 paid months after the trial are 50% off: £49.50 per month + VAT, then £99. The offer can end at any time for new sign-ups; if you already have it, you keep it for its full length.
What do I keep without a subscription?
Dashboard, Catalogue, Performance and Analytics stay free, with your full catalogue synced. FREE also reprices 10 active SKUs every 5 minutes. STARTER adds unlimited real-time repricing, Scout, Workflows and Recoveries; if a subscription ends, excess repricing SKUs are paused.

How many users do I get?
STARTER is you plus one team member, with each area switched on or off for them individually. Permissions are enforced on the server, and only the account owner manages the Amazon connection and billing.
Do you charge per repricing change or per Scout scan?
There is no per-change charge. FREE reprices 10 active SKUs every 5 minutes; STARTER reprices unlimited assigned SKUs in real time. Scout is included with STARTER without a per-scan charge.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Deleting your account deletes your data. You can revoke the Amazon authorisation from Seller Central at any time independently of that, and you can export your catalogue and costs as CSV before you go.
