No card, no contract, no usage charges. Deleting your account deletes your data.

There isn't one yet, and it is a fair thing to ask of software that reads your selling data. Eve SellerOps is young. We would rather have sellers using it and telling us what is wrong than revenue from a handful of accounts.

Is it really free, and will it stay that way?
It is free today with no card and no trial clock, and there is nothing to cancel. Paid tiers will exist eventually — for larger teams and heavier use — but the free plan is not a trial and is not going away. If something you already use on Free were ever to move behind a charge, you would be told before it applied to your account.
How do you make money then?
Not yet, and not from your data. The plan is paid tiers for larger teams and heavier use once the application has earned them. There is no advertising, nothing is sold to third parties, and your selling data is never used to advise other sellers.
Is there a listing limit?
No. Your full catalogue syncs on every plan. Plans differ on seats and features, never on how much of your own catalogue you are allowed to see.
How many users do I get?
Three, including you, each with the five areas switched on or off individually. Permissions are enforced on the server, and only the account owner manages the Amazon connection.
Do you charge per repricing change or per Scout scan?
No. Repricing runs continuously across your assigned listings and Scout prices whole supplier files. Neither is metered.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Deleting your account deletes your data. You can revoke the Amazon authorisation from Seller Central at any time independently of that, and you can export your catalogue and costs as CSV before you go.
Nothing to compare, so you may as well look.
