Eve SellerOps

Automated Amazon repricing, free and always on.

Assign a strategy to a listing and Eve SellerOps takes it from there. The engine reads live Buy Box and competitor offers straight from Amazon's Selling Partner API, prices inside the minimum and maximum you set, and writes down the reason for every decision it reaches — including the ones where it decides to do nothing.

On the free plan — no card, no trial clock, no per-SKU charge.

What actually switches a listing on

Assigning a strategy is the whole of it. There is no separate arming switch to forget, no "enable repricing" toggle sitting between you and a moving market — a repricer you have to remember to turn on is off on the day it mattered.

A listing with no strategy assigned is never repriced. It is still watched — the engine checks the market on in-stock unassigned SKUs so the page can tell you where you are losing the Buy Box — but nothing is submitted to Amazon for it. Assign, and the next sweep picks it up.

Two strategies, and the difference is margin against speed

  • Competitive holds the Buy Box and only gives ground when it has to. Own it outright and your price relaxes upward toward the next competitor; lose it and the engine prices to win it back. This is the one for most of a catalogue.
  • Aggressive undercuts the lowest in-range FBA offer by a penny regardless of who holds the Buy Box. It sells through fastest and gives up the most margin — for ageing stock, looming long-term storage fees, and seasonal lines running out of runway. If the whole market drops below your minimum it retreats to your maximum rather than racing anyone to the floor.

Guardrails

The floor is the safety net, not a switch.

An always-on repricer needs its limits to be real rather than advisory. These are enforced in the engine, on the server, on every cycle.

Minimum and maximum price

Nothing is ever submitted outside the band you set on the listing. When the market falls below your minimum the engine holds rather than following it down, and says so in the log.

MIN £13.23MAX £24.96

No floor, no automatic change

A listing without a minimum price is never auto-applied — the engine will compute a target and log it, but it will not submit a price it has no floor to check against. Setting the floor is the consent.

Costs imported into the Catalogue are what make a sensible floor easy to set in bulk.

A cap on how far one cycle can move

No single cycle may move a price by more than 30%. A bad feed, a freak offer or a mis-typed floor cannot turn into a catastrophic price in one step.

The cap applies to increases and decreases alike.

How often it runs

Continuously, and paced to Amazon's limits.

There is no schedule to configure and no "check now" button, because there is nothing to wake up. The engine sweeps continuously: listings with a strategy assigned are priced first, then in-stock listings without one are market-checked so the page can show you where the Buy Box is going. An account repricing nothing skips the watch pass entirely, and after a cycle that found nothing to do the scheduler waits five minutes before coming round again.

Offers are read in batches through Amazon's Selling Partner API and paced at roughly ten SKUs a second — deliberately inside Amazon's rate limits, because an integration that gets itself throttled is an integration that stops repricing at exactly the wrong moment.

We removed the manual run button on purpose. A button implies the engine might otherwise be idle, and it queue-jumps work that is already in flight. If a price is not moving, the decision log will tell you why — that is a better answer than pressing a button and hoping.

Repricing FAQ

What sellers ask before switching it on.

Is Amazon repricing really free here?

Yes. Repricing is on the free plan with no card, no trial period and no per-SKU or per-change charge. Most repricers bill monthly and many bill by listing count; this one does not. See the pricing page for what that does and does not commit us to.

Will it change prices without me knowing?

It only ever touches listings you have assigned a strategy to. Every change stays inside the minimum and maximum you set, a listing with no minimum is never auto-applied at all, and no cycle may move a price by more than 30%. Every decision — applied or not — is written to a log you can audit by SKU.

How do I stop it on one listing?

Remove the strategy from that listing. It drops straight out of the priced pass on the next cycle and goes back to being watched but never submitted. There is no cooling-off period and no separate off switch to find.

Does it work on FBA and FBM listings?

Both. The strategies reason about the in-range FBA offers that actually compete for the Buy Box, and merchant-fulfilled listings are priced against the same live offer data. Stock levels come from the same catalogue sync the rest of the application uses.

Do I need to give you my Amazon password?

No. You authorise Eve SellerOps through Amazon's own consent flow in Seller Central, and you can revoke that authorisation from Seller Central at any time. Amazon credentials are never typed into our application, and the tokens we hold are encrypted at rest.

Can I let a team member see repricing without giving them everything?

Yes. Repricing is one of the five areas you switch on or off per invited user, and the permission is enforced on the server rather than hidden in the interface. Only the account owner manages the Amazon connection.
